OrbitOne is designed to work without account registration. The app helps you track birthdays, ages, milestones, reminders, widgets, Pro features and shared orbits for people who matter to you.

1. General Information

OrbitOne is a personal milestone tracking application. It allows users to save people, birthdays, optional birth times, photos, notes, reminders and shared orbit information.

2. No Account Registration

OrbitOne does not require users to create an OrbitOne account or sign in with an email address. The app may use Apple services such as iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit and local notifications to provide its features.

3. Data Storage and Privacy

Data entered in the app, including names, dates, optional notes and photos, is stored on your device. If iCloud/CloudKit is enabled, certain shared orbit data may be stored or synchronized through your Apple iCloud account. OrbitOne does not sell user data to advertisers.

4. Photos

Photos selected in the app are used only for profile or person cards. Camera or photo library access is requested only when you choose to add or change a photo.

5. Notifications

OrbitOne may schedule local notifications for birthday reminders or test reminders if you enable notifications. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings.

6. Shared Orbits and iCloud

Shared Orbit features use Apple iCloud/CloudKit sharing. To create or join shared orbits, iCloud must be enabled on the device. Shared notes and shared orbit data may be visible to invited participants.

7. OrbitOne Pro and In-App Purchases

OrbitOne may offer optional Pro features, such as unlimited people, widgets and shared orbit capabilities. Payments and purchase restoration are handled by Apple App Store / StoreKit. OrbitOne does not process or store your payment card details.

8. Terms of Use

By using OrbitOne, you agree to use the app only for lawful and personal purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for managing who you invite to shared orbits.

9. Apple Standard EULA

OrbitOne, kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmadan çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Uygulama; doğum günleri, yaş sayaçları, özel anlar, hatırlatmalar, widget’lar, Pro özellikler ve ortak yörüngeler için kişisel takip deneyimi sunar.

1. Genel Bilgi

OrbitOne kişisel bir özel gün ve yaş takip uygulamasıdır. Kullanıcılar uygulama içinde kişi, doğum tarihi, isteğe bağlı doğum saati, fotoğraf, not, hatırlatma ve ortak yörünge bilgileri kaydedebilir.

2. Hesap Oluşturma Yoktur

OrbitOne, kullanıcıdan OrbitOne hesabı oluşturmasını veya e-posta ile giriş yapmasını istemez. Uygulama bazı özellikler için Apple servislerini, örneğin iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit ve yerel bildirimleri kullanabilir.

3. Veri Saklama ve Gizlilik

Uygulamaya girilen adlar, tarihler, isteğe bağlı notlar ve fotoğraflar cihazınızda saklanır. iCloud/CloudKit açıksa, ortak yörünge verileri Apple iCloud hesabınız üzerinden saklanabilir veya eşzamanlanabilir. OrbitOne kullanıcı verilerini reklam şirketlerine satmaz.

4. Fotoğraflar

Uygulamada seçilen fotoğraflar yalnızca profil veya kişi kartlarında kullanılır. Kamera veya fotoğraf galerisi izni yalnızca fotoğraf eklemeyi ya da değiştirmeyi seçtiğinizde istenir.

5. Bildirimler

OrbitOne, izin vermeniz halinde doğum günü hatırlatmaları veya test hatırlatmaları için yerel bildirimler planlayabilir. Bildirim izinlerini iOS Ayarları üzerinden değiştirebilirsiniz.

6. Ortak Yörünge ve iCloud

Ortak Yörünge özellikleri Apple iCloud/CloudKit paylaşım altyapısını kullanır. Ortak yörünge oluşturmak veya davete katılmak için cihazda iCloud hesabının açık olması gerekir. Ortak notlar ve paylaşılan yörünge verileri davet edilen katılımcılar tarafından görülebilir.

7. OrbitOne Pro ve Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar

OrbitOne; sınırsız kişi, widget ve ortak yörünge gibi isteğe bağlı Pro özellikler sunabilir. Ödeme ve satın alma geri yükleme işlemleri Apple App Store / StoreKit üzerinden yürütülür. OrbitOne ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi işlemez veya saklamaz.

8. Kullanım Şartları

OrbitOne’ı kullanarak uygulamayı yalnızca yasal ve kişisel amaçlarla kullanmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Girdiğiniz bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve ortak yörüngeye davet ettiğiniz kişileri yönetmekten siz sorumlusunuz.

1. Allgemeine Informationen

OrbitOne ist eine persönliche App zur Verfolgung von Meilensteinen und Geburtstagen. Nutzer können Personen, Geburtstage, optionale Geburtszeiten, Fotos, Notizen, Erinnerungen und gemeinsame Umlaufbahnen speichern.

2. Keine Kontoerstellung

OrbitOne verlangt kein OrbitOne-Konto und keine Anmeldung per E-Mail. Für bestimmte Funktionen kann die App Apple-Dienste wie iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit und lokale Benachrichtigungen verwenden.

3. Datenspeicherung und Datenschutz

In der App eingegebene Daten, einschließlich Namen, Daten, optionaler Notizen und Fotos, werden auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Wenn iCloud/CloudKit aktiviert ist, können bestimmte Daten gemeinsamer Umlaufbahnen über dein Apple-iCloud-Konto gespeichert oder synchronisiert werden. 4. Fotos

6. Gemeinsame Umlaufbahnen und iCloud

Gemeinsame Umlaufbahnen verwenden Apple iCloud/CloudKit Sharing. Zum Erstellen oder Beitreten muss iCloud auf dem Gerät aktiviert sein. Gemeinsame Notizen und Daten können für eingeladene Teilnehmer sichtbar sein.

7. OrbitOne Pro und In-App-Käufe

OrbitOne kann optionale Pro-Funktionen wie unbegrenzte Personen, Widgets und gemeinsame Umlaufbahnen anbieten. Zahlungen und Wiederherstellungen werden über den Apple App Store / StoreKit abgewickelt. OrbitOne verarbeitet oder speichert keine Zahlungskartendaten.

8. Nutzungsbedingungen

Durch die Nutzung von OrbitOne erklärst du dich damit einverstanden, die App nur für rechtmäßige und persönliche Zwecke zu verwenden. Du bist für die Richtigkeit der eingegebenen Informationen und für die Verwaltung deiner Einladungen verantwortlich.

OrbitOne est une application personnelle de suivi des moments importants. Les utilisateurs peuvent enregistrer des personnes, anniversaires, heures de naissance optionnelles, photos, notes, rappels et informations d’orbites partagées.

2. Aucune Création De Compte

OrbitOne ne demande pas la création d’un compte OrbitOne ni la connexion par e-mail. L’application peut utiliser des services Apple tels qu’iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit et les notifications locales.

3. Stockage Des Données Et Confidentialité

Les données saisies dans l’app, y compris les noms, dates, notes optionnelles et photos, sont stockées sur votre appareil. OrbitOne es una aplicación personal para seguir hitos y cumpleaños. Los usuarios pueden guardar personas, fechas de nacimiento, horas de nacimiento opcionales, fotos, notas, recordatorios e información de órbitas compartidas.

2. Sin Creación De Cuenta

OrbitOne no requiere crear una cuenta de OrbitOne ni iniciar sesión con correo electrónico. La app puede usar servicios de Apple como iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit y notificaciones locales.

3. Almacenamiento De Datos Y Privacidad
